Jyotsna Udyoga Kendra Society is run by Matimand Vikas Shikshan Mandal for the mentally retarded adults. This workshop was established on 24th Feb. 1991.
The workshop provides special training in grinding, sewing and handicraft to the adults belonging to the age group of 18 to 35. They are trained to make files, candles, chalk-sticks etc.
They are also taught stitching petti-coats and bags, making Masala Supari, Shikekai, Picco fall training for Children, Rakhi, Akash-kandil, Greeting cards, Card-board Boxes etc. They do screen printing job-work also.
At present in workshop there are fourty students & Staff of 5 for teaching them. Past 50 students have been Rehabilitated from the Institution by work shop unit.
